Important Notice Regarding the Use of These Videos and the Practice of 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®

• Learning and using this one Recognition can have a profound and positive effect on your life however for some people this can be an emotional experience. This is because these 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® Recognitions have a high vibrational frequency and as such can interact with emotions held within you.

• This means that you can experience both pleasant and unpleasant emotions while do this practice. In mentally healthy adults this is typically a safe practice.

• However we do not recommend that individuals under the age of 18 view these videos without permission from a parent or guardian, and a consultation with a 7th Path Teacher.

• Furthermore, people who have been diagnosed as having a serious mental illness should not practice 7th Path Self-Hypnosis unless recommended to do so by a mental health professional because of the emotionally provocative nature of the practice.

• If you find that the practice of 7th Path Self-Hypnosis is too emotional for you discontinue the practice until you have spoken with a Certified 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® Teacher. You may be able to continue after discussing your experience with such a teacher.
